Return Policy


Returns & Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


For eligible products, customers have up to 7 working days from the point of item(s) receipt to initiate a return request. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by the customer, or wear and tear. It also does not cover for products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by www.istudiosg.com, or previously modified in a manner not authorised by iStudio under Elush (T3) Pte Ltd.



Apple Products


  • All Apple products, pre-orders and/or deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products sold with AppleCare/AppleCare+ are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Product cosmetic imperfections and/or defects are not eligible for exchange or refund. 
  • Any hardware defects or issues encountered should be addressed with the respective Apple Authorised Service Providers for a device assessment and any repair or replacement services.
  • Apple products still under warranty have to be referred to an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
  • iStudio is not liable for any service and/or admin charges charged by the respective Apple Authorised Service Providers.



For Third Party Products


  • In the event of a defective product, a replacement will be provided with the exact same model and variant, subject to stock availability.
  • For exchange requests involving a product of lesser value, the original amount will not be refunded. Conversely, an exchange request with a higher-value product will necessitate a top-up.
  • iStudio reserves the right to request customers to directly engage with the supplier for inspection in instances where our internal assessment proves insufficient.



No Return and Exchange Requests for the Following:


  • All duty-free/tax-free purchases
  • All software key cards and gift cards
  • Change of mind requests post-payment



Requirements for Product Return/Exchange Request


For all return/exchange requests, kindly reach out to us via email at feedback@istudiosg.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number or a copy of the invoice, along with details about the product you wish to return.


Please ensure that your item(s) meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused, unaltered, and unworn condition.
  • The item(s) must be in its original state and packaging, with the original product tags attached (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity), and any free gifts received with it.


For Apple products, the packaging of the item(s) must be sealed to facilitate return or exchange requests, which are subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis.


Return/exchange will be processed only after we have received and checked the item(s). If the return/exchange item does not meet the above conditions, iStudio reserves the right to reject the return and exchange request. In case of any dispute, iStudio's decision will be final.


Upon approval of a refund, the purchase price of the product(s) will be reimbursed through the original payment method. Please note that the refund will be issued net of the shipping/delivery charges, bank transaction fees incurred, and any applicable restocking fees.


Special approvals remain valid for a maximum duration of up to 1 month from the date of approval unless explicitly specified otherwise.
